Welcome to Vtube-store (operated by RAISE GROUP). By accessing or using our platform at vtube-store.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Platform Nature

Vtube-store is a multi-tenant marketplace platform. Each shop on the platform is operated by an independent VTuber (merchant). RAISE GROUP provides the platform infrastructure, payment processing integration, and support tools. We are not the seller of the products listed on individual VTuber shops.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Product prices are set by individual VTuber merchants and displayed in the shop's configured currency.

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal.

  • An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

  • You will receive order confirmation and can track your order status through your account.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping and fulfillment are handled by the respective VTuber merchant.

  • Delivery times shown on the platform are estimates provided by the merchant.

  • Delivery methods and associated costs are configured by each shop.

  • For specific shipping policies, please refer to the individual shop's policy information.

5. Crowdfunding

  • Crowdfunding campaigns have a funding goal and may have a deadline.

  • Pledges are charged immediately upon backing a tier.

  • If a crowdfunding campaign does not reach its funding goal, all backers will receive a full refund.

  • Estimated delivery dates for crowdfunding rewards are provided by the merchant and are not guaranteed.

  • Once a campaign is funded, the merchant is responsible for producing and delivering the rewards.

6. Digital Products and Freebies

  • Digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once delivered.

  • Freebies (free collectibles) may have limited availability and may require a redemption code from a live stream.

  • Freebies are limited to one per person unless otherwise specified.

  • Digital collectible certificates are provided as proof of collection and are non-transferable.

7. Refunds and Returns

  • Refund and return policies are set by each VTuber merchant for their respective products.

  • To request a refund or return, contact the merchant through the support ticket system.

  • For platform-level payment disputes, contact RAISE GROUP through a platform support ticket.

  • Digital products and claimed freebies are generally non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All VTuber branding, character designs, product designs, and content are owned by their respective creators.

  • Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without permission.

  • The Vtube-store platform, its design, and technology are the property of RAISE GROUP.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Place fraudulent orders or provide false information

  • Abuse the freebie redemption system or use automated tools to claim collectibles

  • Harass merchants or other users through the ticket system

  • Attempt to circumvent payment processing or security measures

  • Resell freebies or promotional items for commercial purposes

10. Limitation of Liability

RAISE GROUP provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding product quality, delivery times, or merchant conduct. While we facilitate transactions and provide dispute resolution tools, individual VTuber merchants are responsible for their products and fulfillment. RAISE GROUP will assist in mediating disputes between buyers and merchants.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform.
